Sharing Your Story: Help and Support Others
Thank you for choosing to contribute to our Conduct Disorder Support community! Your story will be a beacon of hope and guidance for other parents. Here are some quick tips for completing the form:
- Privacy: To ensure your privacy and the privacy of your child, we highly recommend using a pseudonym for yourself and using terms like "my son" or "my daughter" throughout the form.
- Prompts: We have included some question prompts if you find yourself staring at a blank page. You do NOT have to answer all (or any!) of them. They're just there for inspiration if needed.
- Topic: Trying to cover everything in your story will probably be overwhelming (and lets be honest, very long!). We suggest choosing 1 story or theme to talk about. Remember, the point is to share stories that others can relate with, to feel less alone.
- Length: There’s no right or wrong length. Just focus on sharing what feels comfortable.
- Contact Details: We ask for your name and email for admin purposes only so we can let you know when your story has been published. They won't be included in the post.
We look forward to hearing your story!
